“When I tried on the Walden dress there was no need to keep going”

Leah weds in a Michelle Roth Gown – Waldon on December 6, 2019.

I was never one to dream about my wedding until I was engaged to John. I genuinely loved planning each detail of our wedding and loved seeing our vision come together. One of my most treasured memories will always be dress shopping at Kleinfeld Bridal with very special people.

I had a list of 30+ dresses that I had printed out. I was armed with my “favorite” picks and was ready to get down to business. Ironically, not one of the 30+ dresses were from Michelle Roth.  

After trying on only five dresses my aunt asked me what I wanted in a dress.  My reply was, “long sleeves and lace”. She quickly ran around the showroom to pull her selections (which Kleinfeld frowns upon). She wasn’t “loving” any of the dresses I had tried on thus far and was on the search for “the one”. 

She came back with a few and the first one I tried was the Walden. I had no idea about Michelle Roth dresses and certainly had no idea she was on-site for a trunk show! 

When I tried on the Walden dress there was no need to keep going. The lace, sleeves, train, paisley detail, and a light touch of sparkle was everything elegant and gorgeous in one dress. That was the sixth and final dress of the day.

Michelle came over to me to introduce herself (she is as lovely of a person as she is a designer), she then chose a veil to accompany the dress. It was pure magic. Needless to say, my decision was made with about 45 minutes left to spare.
